Vinylit wants to continue growth together with VEKA
Vinylit Fassaden GmbH will be part of the Laumann group of companies from July 1st, 2021, of which VEKA AG is also a member.
The façade specialist from Kassel, Germany employs around 60 people and produces facade profiles from recycled / recyclable plastic granulate. With the merger, Vinylit strengthens its production capacities and its international sales network. Both companies hope for a variety of interfaces to their respective core business. „VEKA is the right partner for us, with whom we want to continue the growth course of recent years. We are firmly convinced that we can jointly expand our strong position in our core markets in the coming years“, according to Reinhard Schröder, managing director of Vinylit Fassaden GmbH.
From the perspective of Mr. Hartleif, CEO of VEKA AG, the merger is a further targeted step towards the expansion of the group of companies, in which extrusion know-how is combined with sustainable and high-growth products.
With the acquisition of Vinylit Fassaden GmbH, VEKA AG is expanding its know-how and range of products to include a further product area. Vinylit produces facade profiles from recycled / recyclable plastic granulate.
